Returns

Customers have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Orders cannot be canceled after placement.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging included.

For personal reasons, the buyer pays return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Refunds

Returned items are inspected against our return criteria. You will be notified by email of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@mesamarquise.com with photos and your order number. A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, including shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds
